You have unquestionable time management skills and have the innate ability to meet deadlines. You have strong analytical skills and an excellence for multi-tasking while ensuring best practice for the company. You’ve got killer CRM skills and your presentation is on point. You enjoy being a team player and you know communication is key, but you also have the enthusiasm to drive new projects and tasks on your own. With this in mind, you’re also 110% motivated with a never ending can-do attitude and you’re ready to take on any new challenges. Perhaps you also speak Mandarin, but if not, no worries, it’s not a dealbreaker - just a bonus!
You may be a recent graduate with relevant experience, or someone who simply wants to progress within the business development or property sector and delve into the interior design industry. Programs you’re up-to-scratch with:
· Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel)
· Adobe Acrobat
· Knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial

What you’ll do:
· Generate quotations from floor plans
· Work your magic to update our in-house database and internal
· Attend client meetings with the rest of our talented team when required
· Attend site visits when required
· Work closely with our Procurement and Operations Teams to manage
· Liaise with our suppliers to obtain quotations
· Ensure our purchase orders are up-to-date and completed
· Get to know our Design Team and help to ensure each client’s design
specifications are met
· Take on any additional tasks we may require assistance on
