You may be a recent graduate with relevant experience, or someone who simply wants to progress within project management and delve into the interior design industry. Programs you’re up-to-scratch with:

·       Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

·       Microsoft Outlook

·       Knowledge of Estimac would be advantageous

What you’ll do:

·       Be a top administration assistant for BoxNine7’s Service
Delivery team.

·     Process stock purchase orders and liaise with key suppliers
ensuring project delivery is to a best-in-class standard

·  Keep projects on-track by keeping internal databases

·     See projects through to a complete closure and manage
any required site visits

·       Liaise with internal and external logistics teams to ensure a
seamless delivery of projects

·       Work your magic to update stock levels for wider company

·       Work closely with the Buying team to improve supplier
relationships and service

·       Liaise and get to know our other departments, especially
Sales, Finance and Procurement
