Since achieving our B Corp™ certification in 2023, we’ve made significant progress on our sustainability journey — refining our operations, deepening our partnerships, and holding ourselves to higher standards.
In 2024, it felt fitting to take another meaningful step forward. We relaunched our Sustainability Manifesto, setting out even clearer, more detailed ambitions that reflect the lessons learned from our first year as a certified B Corp.
This refreshed Manifesto builds on everything we’ve achieved so far — aligning it with a renewed and more impactful DEI Pledge, ensuring every goal echoes our commitment to people, planet, and progress. It introduces more precise refinements to some of our most ambitious objectives, reaffirming our belief that good design should not come at the expense of environmental or social integrity.
