Following our internal Justice, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (JEDI) survey and continued progress on our B Corp™ journey, we recognised the importance of updating our manifesto to reflect what truly matters to our team, in a more detailed and meaningful way.
We’re proud to have relaunched our JEDI Pledge, shaped by the voices of our people and aligned with our broader Sustainability Manifesto. This refreshed pledge sets out clear commitments designed to ensure consistency, impact, and lasting change.
Our Executive Team has approved this pledge and holds ultimate accountability for its delivery, ensuring these principles are embedded across all business operations, policies, and decision-making, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Fair, Equitable Workplace & Client Partnerships - Ensuring every team member feels valued and heard, with fair parental leave, flexible working, and a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying and harassment. We extend these principles to our client relationships, ensuring our design services are accessible, inclusive, and reflective of the diverse communities who experience the spaces we create.
