CROSSORELLE ROOF GARDEN

“Although I’m dreaming of my next holiday abroad in the sun, this colourful installation is the perfect escape. Bringing you to Yves Saint Laurent’s famous gardens in Morocco, wander through the stunning rooftop gardens. Created by artists Baker & Borowski, the design was inspired by the epic history of the West India Docks and the plants that were brought there from faraway lands, such as North Africa. It’s definitely worth the trip.”

CLUB VERTUS

“Within our latest BTR scheme 8 Water Street, the newly designed roof terrace is the largest outdoor space in the Vertus portfolio.  The deck hosts contemporary lounge seating, dining tables for summer alfresco dining and an outdoor bar for residents and visitors.

Accompanying the vast space for activities is Vertus Club, Vertus’ very own entertainment package. Starting with Wine Wednesdays and a BBQ area with a private chef, there is always a whole host of events to keep residents occupied and connected with others. It’s the perfect setting to entertain guests before heading to one of Canary Wharf’s many restaurants on offer.”

ALFRESCO DINING

“Alfresco dining appears to be the hottest word on the street since COVID hit. Canary Wharf has the perfect selection of restaurants and bars that I can’t wait to visit again. My favourites include the likes of Roka, Ivy in the Park and The Grandstand Bar for evening drinks on the green!”

FLOATING PAVILIONS- Coming soon!

“Something I am really excited for was the announcement of the floating pavilions coming soon to Wood Wharf. Residents and visitors will be able to experience The London Project, a conceptual bar, restaurant and lifestyle venue. The event space is due to open towards the end of 2021, it’s a place I can’t wait to visit.”

PARK LIFE AND HIKES

“For those who haven’t quite had enough of hiking through London, there are various hiking trails along The River Thames that were a great Sunday activity during the height of lockdown. Another perfect place for picnics and catch-ups is Jubilee Park. Designed on top of the Jubilee Line tube station, the park often hosts outdoor exhibitions and events!”
